In this role, you will monitor TikTok Live sessions, manage audience interactions, assist hosts and the operations team in real time, and help collect livestream feedback to improve future broadcasts.

Maintain a positive, professional, and compliant chat environment.
Support day-to-day livestream operations, including comment management and audience engagement.
Communicate with hosts and the operations team during live sessions to address viewer questions or issues in real time.
Assist with livestream promotion activities and help maintain audience interaction.
Collect and organize livestream data, feedback, and audience insights to support future improvements.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with audiences professionally.
Ability to multitask and stay attentive during livestream sessions.
Interest in social media operations or livestream commerce is preferred.
Basic understanding of livestream data and audience engagement is a plus.
Ability to commute to New York, NY 10018.
Ability to relocate to New York before starting work, if applicable.
